Of course! We understand paying the full amount can be difficult, so we can make it a bit easier by helping you setup an instalment plan.
Instalment plans are done over four payments; one per month, and it holds a £10 admin fee which is added onto the whole amount.
There are two parts to requesting an instalment plan:
- Completing the instalment plan request form - Visit this link to request an instalment plan.
- Completing the direct debit mandate form - Visit this link to complete your direct debit mandate form.
One you have completed the instalment request form you will be redirected to a Direct Debit setup page.
Once that is completed we will automatically setup your instalment plan with the amount your PCN is currently set to. Failure to complete the DD setup form will result in your instalment request not being processed. Your instalment plan will start immediately.
Please note: The charge amount is based on the amount due when the direct debit was setup, not when the instalment plan was requested - please ensure you finish all requirements.
