I am trying to make payment, but the system won't let me

There are several reason why our system may not let you make payment towards a Parking Charge Notice (PCN). These can include:

1. The PCN already being paid before your most recent attempt.
2. The PCN being with one of our appointed debt recovery agents.
3. The PCN being cancelled/closed on our system.
4. Our payment system being down.
5. The card information entered is incorrect.
